About
I am a Guest Professor at Freie Universität Berlin, also affiliated with the Bernstein Center for Computational Neuroscience. In our research group, we combine cognitive neuroscience, AI and philosophy to understand the human mind, with a focus on vision.
Before moving to Berlin, I worked as a postdoc with Tim Kietzmann at the University of Osnabrück (DE) and the Donders Institute (NL). I obtained my PhD from EPFL (CH) under the supervision of Michael Herzog. During my undergrad I studied life sciences, physics and neuroscience at EPFL.
I am interested in supervising projects at all levels (even though, unfortunately, spots are limited). See my research and publications and get in touch if you think it would be a good match.
